Address and Documentation

Ensure prompt acceptance of your Customer Gold within the Maximum Storage Period specified by RKS DigiGold on the Platform.

Shipment Procedure

Items are shipped only to the confirmed delivery address, changeable before shipment processing. Once processed, no address or recipient changes are allowed. Multiple products for one address are bundled and shipped together.

Estimated Delivery Time

The product shipping will be delivered within 5 - 15 business working days after the confirmation of the delivery request.

Delivery Attempts

If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. If no one is available at the registered address during both attempts, the package will be returned to the vault. The customer's balance will be credited with the corresponding grams of gold. Shipping charges will be applicable for subsequent delivery attempts.

Final Sale Proceeds

The Final Sale Proceeds, deducted storage charges, will be deposited into a bank account operated by the Trustee Administrator, the sole signatory. To claim within the Final Claim Period of 3 (three) years, notify the Platform, RKS DigiGold, or the Trustee Administrator, providing valid bank account details. Cash payments are not made; unclaimed proceeds after the Final Claim Period go to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund or a designated fund.
